Automation Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve tests in the CI/CD pipeline throughout the SDLC
• Increase test coverage using automation
• Create integration, system, and acceptance tests
• Develop generic solutions to support testing across multiple teams
• Develop automation tests for UI and API
• Create test plans according to requirements
• Promote QA principles and culture across the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and documenting test plans
• Experience with test case design and execution
• API testing experience (e.g., Postman)
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Expertise with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium)
• Experience with agile test tools/frameworks (Jira)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Kibana/ELK)
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab Pipeline)
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab runners, Docker
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, ELK is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Manual testing experience
• Experience with test management tools (X-Ray)
• Basic understanding of telecom protocols (SIP, SS7, GTP)
• 3GPP and cellular testing experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: From $7,600/month (paid in AED, final offer based on experience)
• Full relocation support to Abu Dhabi, UAE
