Our client, an innovative automotive supplier, is looking to strengthen its development team at its location in Traiskirchen, Lower Austria, with a talented Automotive Software Engineer (m/f/d).

Your Role

In this exciting role, you will develop software solutions for various control units in modern vehicles, including infotainment systems, driver assistance systems, or powertrain control.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and integrate software components according to automotive standards (e.g., AUTOSAR).
• Analyze system requirements.
• Create technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with hardware developers, system engineers, and project managers to create innovative and reliable products.

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in software development for the automotive industry.
• Proficient knowledge in programming languages like C/C++ is essential.
• Experience with embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum) and tools like Git is desirable.
• You are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a team.
• Good German and English language skills are important for international collaboration.
