JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Autonomous Systems AI Engineer who will be pivotal in developing intelligent systems that offer novel content generation alongside autonomous decision-making and action-taking capabilities. This position requires a robust foundation in software engineering principles to effectively build, integrate, and deploy advanced AI solutions. As a key contributor, you will leverage large language models and generative techniques to create sophisticated AI agents capable of independent problem-solving, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and resulting in innovative product features.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models). • Architect and construct agentic systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities. • Integrate generative AI and autonomous solutions into existing products and services. • Maintain the software infrastructure essential for AI/ML pipelines. • Develop and manage data pipelines for training and evaluating AI models. • Collaborate and document processes, and monitor & evaluate AI systems. • Conduct research and experimentation with new generative AI and agentic techniques. • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE

Required • 5 years of experience in Software Development (Python preferred). • 3 years of experience working with large language models (LLMs). • 3 years of experience in building and deploying AI agent systems or similar autonomous systems. • 2 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production.

Preferred • 2 years of familiarity with cloud computing platforms. • 1 year of experience working with specific agentic frameworks (like LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel, etc.). • 1 year of experience in deploying AI models at scale in high-throughput, low-latency environments.

SKILLS • Proficient in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries. • Significant experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models. • Knowledge and experience in various generative AI techniques and their applications. • Ability to design and implement agentic frameworks and architectures. • Knowledge of techniques for grounding generative models with external knowledge sources (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, etc.). • Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and monitoring. • Understanding of security implications and strategies for mitigating risks in generative AI and agentic systems. • Ability to keep current with advancements in AI and generative models. • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

EDUCATION

Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar fields.

Preferred • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar fields.

LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS

Required • None.

Preferred • Google Cloud Certification.

Pay Range Minimum:

$102,700.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$164,600.00

Base pay will vary based on candidate's qualifications and market considerations.
