Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Full-Time AV Engineer to join our on-site team in Munich. The AV Engineer will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems for various projects and events. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with team members to design and implement AV solutions, managing system upgrades, and ensuring the technology is optimized for seamless operation. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
• Proficient in supporting meeting platforms such as Microsoft
• Provide expert support for conference room AV, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in various AV spaces, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with and supporting Cisco video conferencing equipment
• Familiarity with Poly phones and their setup within conference rooms
• Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings
• Conduct regular inspections and system checks in conference rooms to maintain the health and functionality of AV and network equipment
• Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events
• Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory and configurations
