Recruiter

Summary/Objective

The Recruiter will source and interview candidates for Saxon Aerospace's existing requisitions, while following the recruiting processes and utilizing tools that result in efficiency and high quality of hires.

Essential Functions

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities for Saxon Aerospace client openings, including but not limited to: Sourcing and networking, scheduling, interviewing candidates, managing communications, and tracking activity.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and implement new methods to attract talent.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling needed position
• Create and maintain advertisements on internal and external job boards
• Vetting and qualifying prospective candidates
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of recruiting experience.
• Prior engineering/aerospace recruiting experience a plus

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Competitive, confident, go-getter
• Effective negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws related to staffing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across the organization and externally.
• Consummate professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office skills, especially MS Word.
• Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent attention to detail.
