Job Summary

Jettech Services Corp is a fast-growing aviation staffing company specializing in placing skilled aircraft mechanics, structures technicians, and aviation professionals with top aerospace and MRO clients across the U.S.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Aviation Recruiter who knows how to find, engage, and move candidates fast in a competitive market.

This is a high-volume recruiting role, ideal for someone who thrives on activity, follow-ups, and delivering results.

This position will begin fully remote, with the expectation to transition to on-site work in the Stuart / Port St. Lucie, FL area around October 2026 as our office becomes operational.

Duties

• Source aviation candidates daily (Structures Mechanics, A&P Mechanics, Painters, QA, etc.)
• Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, JSfirm, Facebook groups, and internal databases
• Perform high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails — speed matters)
• Conduct initial candidate screening (experience, communication, availability)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Schedule candidates for internal interviews
• Follow up consistently — no candidate left behind
• Keep candidate tracking organized and up to date

Skills

• Experience in recruiting (aviation, skilled trades, or technical roles preferred)
• Strong sourcing ability — must be proactive (not just posting jobs)
• Comfortable with 30+ outreaches per day
• Fast, responsive, and highly organized
• Able to qualify candidates quickly and accurately
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willing to transition to an on-site role in Florida later this year
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Compensation

• $22–$28/hour (based on experience)
• • Commission per successful placement (based on performance and candidate retention)
• • Additional bonuses for consistent performance and results
• High earning potential

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
