Job Description
- Strong experience in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC)
- Hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot applications support
- Production support & incident management (L2/L3 support)
- Monitoring & logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk)
- Troubleshooting performance issues and root cause analysis
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
- Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL)
- Linux/Unix command line expertise
- Ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Basic scripting (Shell/Python)
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (good to have)
