AWS Cloud Engineer – Serverless (Lambda)

About

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Lambda and Serverless Architecture to join our team for an immediate requirement. The ideal candidate should have genuine enterprise-level experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS platform
• Work with AWS services such as API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and Step Functions
• Develop scalable and secure microservices-based architectures
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams for cloud solutions
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization

Required Skills

• 7+ years of genuine enterprise experience in Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda (Serverless)
• Expertise in core AWS services and cloud-native architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Good knowledge of Python, Node.js, or Java for Lambda development
• Experience with REST APIs and API Gateway integrations
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker is an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
