Overview
We are looking for an AWS Connect Developer with hands‑on experience building and integrating cloud‑based contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR/IVA logic, queues, and routing.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lex, and external applications.
- Build serverless components (Node.js/Python) to support contact center workflows.
- Implement CRM/CTI integrations and event‑driven workflows.
- Monitor and optimize Connect performance, reporting, and analytics.
- Support deployments using CloudFormation/Terraform and CI/CD.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of contact center operations and IVR design.
- Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and serverless development.
- Experience integrating Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
Nice to Have
- AWS certification (Developer or Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Lex bots and AI‑driven IVR.
- Exposure to analytics and workforce optimization tools.
