About the role
Enhance healthcare technology as an Azure Cloud Engineer at Merative. This role focuses on AIOps-driven SRE, maintaining reliability for multi-tenant SaaS services on Azure and AKS.
As part of Merative’s CloudOps evolution, you'll operate with AIOps tools, coding for operations, and managing incident response. This position requires strong collaboration with development and product teams to ensure optimal performance in delivering health solutions. Your responsibilities will include utilizing Azure Monitor and enhancing PagerDuty functionalities to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Azure Monitor to triage and detect anomalies
- Configure PagerDuty for automated remediations
- Manage Kubernetes health and scaling across regions
- Build Python tools and runbooks for automation
- Define SLIs/SLOs for reliability in CI/CD processes
Requirements
- Proficient in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Expertise in Azure AIOps and PagerDuty
- Strong knowledge of AKS and Kubernetes strategies
- Experience with Terraform/Bicep for infrastructure management
- Understanding of security practices in healthcare SaaS
