The Role

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Server Business Analyst / Agile Delivery Specialist with solid experience in SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in utilizing Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira for project management, backlog handling, and cross-team collaboration. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure compliance with SAFe Agile practices.
• Use Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira for backlog management, project tracking, and reporting.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
• Support release coordination, sprint planning, and manage requirements traceability.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and aid in decision-making.
• Organize workshops and meetings to collect feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Assist with testing activities to validate requirements and assess solution quality.
• Create documentation such as process flows, user stories, business rules, and business cases.

What You Need

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience using Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira for Agile project tracking and management.
• Hands-on experience within SAFe Agile methodologies and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
• Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation to support business decisions.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to clarify objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Proven ability to document and validate business requirements and convert them into actionable specifications.
• Excellent documentation skills, including creating process flows and business cases.
• A Bachelor's degree and an active Top Secret clearance are required.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices, Azure DevOps Server, and Jira.

Compensation and Benefits

Accenture Federal Services provides a compensation range for this position which is between $78,600 and $160,200 USD based on various factors including but not limited to office location and level of experience. For additional benefits and details, feel free to explore our offerings.
