Azure Lead / Senior Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Azure Lead / Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure and Microsoft .NET technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and driving end-to-end software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, project oversight, and collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.
• Architect, design, and build scalable and high-performing applications using .NET Core and Azure technologies.
• Develop full-stack applications including frontend, backend, APIs, business logic, and persistence layers.
• Write clean, scalable, testable, and high-quality code.
• Mentor offshore/onshore development teams and ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
• Lead software development lifecycle activities from architecture to production deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, managers, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Improve architecture, tools, and development processes continuously.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively with leadership teams.
