Azure / Power Platfrom Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for Azure / Power Platform Developer for our client in Hanover, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support solutions on Azure and Microsoft Power Platform following industry best practices.
• Develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and high-quality integrations and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and QA to deliver business outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work within Agile delivery models, supporting sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills And Experience

Azure And Backend:

• Experience with Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Event Hubs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB.
• Proficiency in .NET and/or Node.js development.
• Understanding of OAuth and API security best practices.
• Experience with Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics.

Power Platform:

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Experience building and managing Custom Connectors, including OAuth setup.

Tools:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Education And Experience:

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud-based solutions preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
