Azure Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale cloud, data, and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on architecture, solution design, and stakeholder advisory, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Azure architecture design (data, analytics, GenAI platforms)
• Create HLDs and LLDs across application, data, integration, and security layers
• Define architecture roadmaps, migration strategies, and modernization plans
• Ensure alignment with Azure Well-Architected Framework
• Design solutions for:
  • Scalability & performance
  • Security & governance
  • Backup & disaster recovery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Provide architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership
• Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards
• Guide engineering teams through implementation

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in cloud/solution architecture
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture

Azure Skills (Must Have):

• ADLS, ADF, Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric
• Stream Analytics, Purview
• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry
• Azure AD
• Databases: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Neo4j

• Enterprise architecture design (cloud-native & hybrid)
• Data & AI platform architecture
• Security, networking, and governance
• High availability, DR, and operational design
• Strong stakeholder communication

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
• DevOps & CI/CD in Azure
• API & integration architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• Azure Solutions Architect Certification (AZ-305) preferred
