Your Role

Au sein de la production, le technicien APRS B1-B2 est chargé de la maintenance des aéronefs de nos clients sur lesquels il effectue une mission de contrôle ou de maintenance. Il doit veiller au bon fonctionnement des aéronefs tout en respectant la réglementation des autorités aéronautiques, des procédures de l'entreprise et des règles de sécurité de travail et des vols.

Main Activities

Aircraft Restoration:

• Execute protocol maintenance visits in accordance with the aircraft maintenance program
• Replace defective parts and/or equipment
• Perform inspections and parameter readings
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of aircraft systems
• Carry out modifications on mechanical and electronic systems

Control of Operations Performed:

• Perform conformity checks of removed parts or components
• Check the physical condition and operational functioning of mechanical, electromechanical, and avionics equipment and systems
• Perform functional tests and conduct independent inspections of critical tasks following their completion by "Mechanics" personnel
• Supervise and ensure the proper distribution of tasks for personnel on the aircraft under their responsibility and oversee the proper execution of tasks performed on it

Traceability of Interventions:

• Complete and sign appropriate work documents (labels, record sheets, discovered work during visit...) before leaving their workstation
• Report the technical status of the aircraft to their team leader at the end of interventions
• Verify the correct compilation of the visit file and aircraft status via the logbook before pronouncing the APRS
• Provide feedback and participate in the safety management system when an error or situation that could pose a risk to flight safety is detected

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Written and oral comprehension of technical English is mandatory
• Hold a Part 66 license for their B authorization scope without limitation
• Hold a type rating on an aircraft
• Proficiency in ERP systems used within the company (TRAX, MAINTENIX, etc.)
• Proficiency in aircraft documentation
