About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll join a small, supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accounts—particularly truck fleets. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in sales, account management, or mechanical fields.

Using Salesforce CRM, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.
  • Use Michelin sales methodology to grow territory sales volumes.
  • Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on Tyre performance while demonstrating the value of Michelin Tyres/services.
  • Provide technical support to customers and end users.
  • Initiate improvements in services, products and systems.
  • Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
  • Identify new and different business opportunities.

  • Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (you plan your own schedule).
  • Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
