On behalf of our client, and under exclusive mandate, we are seeking a high-performing Account Manager with a background in banking and finance to drive B2B sales of a specialized software solution to banks, corporates, private banks, wealth managers, and family offices. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality‑competitive, proactive, and relentless in pursuing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the value proposition of the company to financial institutions and corporate clients.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
- Lead sales & business development efforts across banks and corporates.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences (up to 20% travel).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within banking, finance, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (references preferred).
- Strong network and previous experience in the Zurich financial ecosystem.
- Swiss German (C2) and English (C1), French is a great asset.
- Experience in private banking is a strong plus.
- Highly competitive, goal‑oriented, and self‑driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
