Your Role

As a B2B Brand & Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at ABRIO, you will be instrumental in strategically developing and operationally implementing marketing initiatives. Your mission is to clearly position ABRIO in the DACH market and sustainably strengthen our brand among customers, partners, and talent. You will build out our marketing step-by-step, develop a clear positioning, and ensure ABRIO is perceived as a premium consultancy in the enterprise e-commerce environment through high-quality content, relevant partnerships, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic B2B Positioning: In close collaboration with management, you will further develop ABRIO's marketing strategy, sharpen our B2B positioning including messaging (USP, ICP, Value Proposition), and ensure consistent execution across all relevant channels.
  • Brand Management: You will be responsible for a high-quality and consistent brand presence across website, LinkedIn, PR, content, and events, orchestrate relevant internal areas (e.g., Employer Branding), and ensure quality in implementation.
  • Awareness & Thought Leadership: Through content formats, relevant partnerships, and event/trade show appearances, you will establish ABRIO as a thought leader in the premium segment within the Shopify and enterprise e-commerce environment.
  • KPI-driven Growth: You will define suitable KPIs together with us along brand awareness, engagement, and lead quality, and further develop our marketing on a data-driven basis.
  • Team Building & Interface Management: You will start as a central marketing role at ABRIO, work closely with management, recruiting, and sales, and take on an important role in the further expansion of our marketing team in the future.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, having scaled, further developed, or actively managed brands in brand management – from positioning to consistent implementation across all relevant channels.
  • A completed degree in (Digital) Marketing, Media Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Proficiency in content-driven marketing and LinkedIn B2B branding, and comfort in sparring with management.
  • Experience with budget responsibility and the ability to measure impact through KPIs and tracking.
  • Proficient use of tools such as LinkedIn, CMS (Webflow/WordPress), SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
  • A builder mentality, eager to continuously try new things, actively drive change, and specifically position ABRIO as a premium partner in the DACH market and the enterprise segment.
  • High ownership, strategic foresight, and at the same time, hands-on, reliable operational execution with a high quality standard.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
