Our technology client is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to support an Integrated Marketing team within a global technology organization. This role focuses on executing and optimizing digital content across web and CRM channels, ensuring high-quality user experiences, strong SEO performance, and effective campaign alignment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with website management, email marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a complex enterprise environment.
The Basics
- Duration: 6-month assignment with strong likelihood of extension
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Onsite 5 days per week, nonnegotiable, northern New Jersey office
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites, including homepage updates, product detail pages, and marketing landing pages, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated experience executing CRM and email marketing initiatives, including project management across stakeholders and partners, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Proven ability to write and edit clear, effective marketing content, including web copy and email copy, tailored to B2B audiences and business objectives.
Other Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website development, SEO, and email marketing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience using web and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Comfort navigating large, complex organizations and building cross-functional relationships
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights through data and visual storytelling
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and execute web content across homepage, product detail pages, and marketing landing pages to support business and campaign goals
- Build and manage enhanced below-the-fold content on product detail pages and landing pages
- Execute regular homepage updates aligned to current campaigns, content pillars, and seasonality
- Refresh and maintain existing site content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and performance
- Ensure website content is optimized for traditional SEO and GEO considerations
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies on email marketing initiatives, including project management, branding, legal review, copywriting, and analytics
- Report on website and email performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Support ad hoc CRM, operations, lead qualification, and analytics initiatives as needed
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
