We are WLDM, a US‑based company working with private equity and enterprise clients. We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to take our brand presence, content engine, and marketing operations to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with a background in digital marketing, project/campaign management, and experience working in a tech company is a plus.
Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Write and publish LinkedIn content in WLDM’s punchy, data‑driven voice.
- Turn conference talks and research findings into engaging posts.
- Manage our YouTube workflow by coordinating freelance editors, designers, and animators.
Branding, Creative & Website
- Ensure brand consistency across presentation decks, thumbnails, landing pages, banners, and printed assets.
- Oversee website updates (visual improvements, layout refinements, design alignment, and light copy edits).
- Collaborate with designers on branding, visual identity, and creative deliverables.
Campaigns & Marketing Execution
- Support marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and product launches.
- Maintain our internal asset library, templates, and style guidelines.
- Assist with basic reporting on content and campaign performance.
Events & Conference Support
- Prepare materials for global conferences (booth visuals, signage, A6 cards, pitch decks).
- Coordinate logistics with event partners and suppliers.
- Manage post‑event follow‑ups and marketing sequences.
Project Coordination
- Lead freelancers across design, video editing, branding, and content creation.
- Work closely with our CEO and data science team to translate technical research into simple, high‑impact marketing assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management — ideally in an agency or SEO‑driven environment.
- Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables with ease.
- Experience in a remote working environment and in project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills — capable of managing a remote team, working directly with the CEO, and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Bonus: Experience with backlinking, SEO campaigns, AI (not essential).

Compensation
- Salary starting from €3,000 EUR per month.
- Part‑time role: 20–30 hrs/week; potential to progress into a full‑time role for the right candidate.
