About

We are looking for a Growth & Lead Gen Manager capable of optimizing, structuring, and scaling our lead generation machine. You will work at the intersection of growth, automation, CRM, and operational experimentation. You will collaborate with sales, community marketing, and tech teams in an environment where a global understanding of systems and the ability to challenge the status quo are essential.

Missions

CRM Management and Structuring

You will be responsible for the daily management and evolution of the CRM (HubSpot):

  • Creation and management of workflows
  • Structuring and maintenance of lists
  • Creation and management of properties
  • Data cleaning and validation
  • Creation and management of cards and connected services
  • Maintaining a coherent overall vision of CRM flows You will work on technical subjects of intermediate to advanced complexity, where the main challenge will often be understanding the overall ecosystem and business impacts.

Building and Maintaining Automations

You will develop and maintain automations via N8N and Make to improve the performance and scalability of growth and lead gen operations.

Automations will notably concern:

  • Data enrichment
  • Slack notifications
  • Hunter applicant flows
  • Project cards
  • Mailjet
  • Lead distribution to SDRs
  • CRM profile updates and refresh This role requires a strong ability to understand the existing system, document flows, and maintain a reliable and scalable automated environment.

Managing Outbound Campaigns

You will manage outbound campaigns daily:

  • Campaign recharging
  • Copywriting and improvement
  • Identification of intent signals
  • Exploitation of intent data
  • Operational campaign management
  • Continuous reflection on growth optimizations and innovations You will directly contribute to improving acquisition performance and the effectiveness of outbound sequences.

Imagining and Launching New Lead Generation Processes

You will work on growth R&D and innovation topics related to lead generation.

The objective: design, test, and industrialize new processes capable of sustainably improving lead acquisition and quality.

This involves:

  • Exploring new channels
  • Designing new workflows
  • Experimenting
  • Improving existing processes
  • Documenting and structuring new methods

Tracking and Analyzing KPIs

You will track key KPIs related to lead generation, outbound, and automation performance to identify concrete and measurable areas for improvement.
