About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time B2B Growth Marketing Specialist who enjoys a good mix of creativity and strategy. You’ll help with the fun day‑to‑day marketing tasks like social posts, blogs, and website updates but you’ll also play a big part in helping us grow. The purpose of this role is to support lead generation, improve our online presence, and help us create marketing material that connects with the industries we know best: hospitality, nonprofits, and professional services. If you enjoy creating content, organizing marketing campaigns, and making technical topics feel simple and approachable, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Growth & Lead Generation Support

    • Make simple SEO improvements to help people find us more easily.
    • Create landing pages tailored to hospitality, nonprofit, and professional services audiences.
    • Support campaigns and outreach with clear messaging, follow‑up emails, and supporting materials.
    • Keep an eye on results so we know what’s working.
  • Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns

    • Create friendly, helpful newsletters with company updates and industry tips.
    • Build email nurture campaigns that help educate and engage prospects.
    • Track how emails perform and suggest small improvements over time.
  • Website & Content Updates

    • You’ll help keep our website current by updating service pages, posting news, and making sure everything feels clear, helpful, and aligned with our service offerings.
    • Write short, helpful blog posts on topics like cybersecurity, cloud tools, IT best practices and MSP trends.
    • Keep a simple content calendar and repurpose content across different channels.
  • Social Media

    • Plan and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Share useful tips, team updates, and industry highlights.
    • Help us stay consistent and approachable online.
  • CRM & Pipeline Support

    • Make sure leads flow into our CRM accurately.
    • Help track lead sources, stages, and basic reporting.
    • Keep things organized so no opportunities slip through the cracks.

What Helps You Succeed

  • Experience with Hubspot, CRM, WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp/Constant Contact, etc. is required.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain technical ideas in a friendly, easy to understand way.
  • Familiarity with MSP, IT service, or B2B tech content is a big plus.
