We’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our New York team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

The role: • Manage day-to-day client relationships. • Oversee project delivery, ensuring all work meets client needs and exceeds expectations. • Understand project deliverables and coordinate the right mix of resources to achieve them. • Monitor budgets, timelines, and hours, ensuring efficiency and profitability. • Apply rigorous commercial and project management processes. • Use MS Office and Paprika accounting software to track budgets, hours, and deliverables. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to ensure seamless delivery • Uphold and promote our agency values in every client and team interaction.

Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in an account management role within a marketing or advertising agency (B2B experience a strong advantage) • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills • A commercial mindset, with confidence in managing budgets and timelines • Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Paprika or similar software is a plus) • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects
