B2B Marketing Manager – Lead Generation Focus

Winter Walking

Horsham · On-site Full-time Lead $80k – $90k/yr 3w ago

About the role

About Winter Walking

Winter Walking, a leading manufacturer of traction aids that help prevent workplace slips and falls, is looking for someone to take ownership of lead generation while helping strengthen and expand our marketing function.

We operate with a focused, hands-on marketing team, and this role is designed to complement and extend that capability. You will be responsible for driving inbound leads while also contributing across campaigns, content, systems, and execution.

This is a role for someone who wants real responsibility and the ability to make decisions, not just execute tasks that are handed to them.

How This Role Fits

Our marketing efforts currently cover creative production, content, and marketing systems. This role will take the lead on demand generation and acquisition, while working closely with the rest of the team to improve how marketing performs as a whole.

The goal is not simply to add another person, but to build a stronger, more complete marketing function over time.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified inbound leads.

This includes managing and improving paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn, as well as building and refining landing pages and conversion funnels. You will be expected to evaluate performance regularly, identify what is working and what is not, and make adjustments accordingly.

You should also be comfortable exploring new ways to generate demand, rather than relying solely on established tactics.

Working Across the Rest of Marketing

Because the team is small, this role will also be involved in other areas of marketing, particularly in collaboration with our in-house creative lead.

You will not be expected to drive creative direction, but you will play an important role in shaping how creative assets are used to support lead generation.

This may include contributing to messaging, helping deploy video and visual content across campaigns, improving SEO and organic visibility, working within HubSpot to understand how leads move through the system, reviewing performance data, and coordinating with developers or external vendors when needed.

While lead generation is the core responsibility, the broader goal is to bring additional strength and perspective to the marketing function as a whole.

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for a narrow specialist. We are looking for someone who has been responsible for generating leads and understands how the different parts of marketing work together.

You should have:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads is required)
  • A working understanding of SEO, landing pages, and conversion
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • The ability to manage your own work and prioritize without constant direction

You do not need to be a designer or video editor, but you should have a strong sense for what makes marketing effective and be comfortable collaborating on creative.

Equally important are the less technical traits:

  • You follow through on what you start
  • You can prioritize without getting stuck
  • You are comfortable working without a rigid playbook
  • You can balance multiple initiatives without losing momentum

Why This Role Is Worth Considering

This role offers a level of ownership that is difficult to find in more structured marketing environments. You will have direct visibility into how your work impacts the business and the ability to influence how marketing evolves over time.

You will be working closely with an experienced internal team, not operating in isolation, and will have the opportunity to contribute beyond a single area of focus.

The environment is straightforward and practical. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and there is a meaningful amount of autonomy in how the work gets done.

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits:
    • Health insurance
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid time off
    • Reduced working hours during Spring and Summer months
    • A collaborative, innovative workplace where your ideas matter and your results are recognized.
    • The opportunity to help prevent injuries and make worksites safer across North America.

About the Role:

  • Location: Onsite in Horsham, PA (this is not a remote position)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

How to Apply:

If you’re a self-starter who thrives on turning strategy into results, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’d be a great fit for Winter Walking to MarketingPosition@Proton.Me
