Insight Global is seeking a B2B Marketing Project Manager to support marketing and creative initiatives by driving timelines, managing workstreams, and ensuring execution stays on track. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management skillset, a background in marketing and creative environments, and the confidence to proactively lead plans, manage dependencies, and keep teams aligned in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
Role
In this role, you will build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, actively driving dates and ensuring work stays on track. You’ll manage projects within Monday.com, coordinating tasks and progress across teams while partnering closely with other project managers to align workflows. You will oversee business-specific workstreams, coordinating with the residential team to identify and manage cross-team dependencies, and work directly with internal creative teams and external agencies to translate requirements into delivered work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a marketing or creative environment
- Background supporting B2B marketing initiatives
- Experience working with creative teams and agencies
- Strong ability to build plans, drive timelines, and manage dependencies
- Hands-on experience using Monday.com for project tracking and execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
Pluses
- Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
- Familiarity with Figma (accessing and editing files, not design work)
- Experience working in a large enterprise or matrixed organization
- Exposure to telecom, technology, or B2B services marketing
