Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning & GTM Execution - Develop and own the annual marketing roadmap aligning B2B SaaS strategies with Celoxis's revenue goals. - Conduct continuous competitive analysis to identify shifts in the project management landscape and uncover opportunities for expansion.

- Demand Generation & Funnel Optimization - Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel from acquisition to nurturing and conversion. - Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise decision-makers. - Partner with Sales to design bespoke campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts.

- Content Strategy & Thought Leadership - Guide the production of high-leverage content such as whitepapers, client success stories, and solution guides. - Translate complex technical PPM features into compelling business benefits for C-level executives.

- Leadership & Analytics - Monitor CAC, LTV, and ROI to make data-driven decisions. - Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, manage relationships with external agencies, and vendors to ensure budget efficiency.

Qualification Required - Experience: 78 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software sector. - Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms. - Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex software capabilities into clear, persuasive executive summaries and copy. - Leadership: Proven track record of managing budgets and leading small teams or external contractors to success. - Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing/business; MBA is an advantage.
