B2C Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do • Lead the development of product features that help users connect their financial accounts (banks, brokers, crypto exchanges, etc.) and gain a full overview of their wealth • Translate user insights, data, and market trends into concrete product decisions through interviews, discovery, and structured feedback loops • Own the product roadmap – prioritize initiatives, define scope, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ship high-quality features • Drive the product lifecycle end-to-end: from research and planning to delivery, testing, iteration, and optimization • Collaborate closely with leadership to align product strategy with company goals and user needs • Monitor product performance and run experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis) to improve outcomes and user experience

What We're Looking For • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced, B2C tech environment • Hands-on experience building digital products in the wealth or investment space (e.g. brokerage, ETFs, portfolio tools, trading apps) • Strong communicator who can bring stakeholders together and drive alignment across teams • Comfortable working closely with engineers and making technical trade-offs – even if you don’t write code yourself • A structured, creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and always keeps the user at the center • Bonus: experience with mobile apps or subscription-based business models • Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
