Business Analyst Digital Workplace

Mission Context

As a Digital Workplace Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of the company's digital work environment. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business departments to evolve two major products: our custom portal, our intranet/collaborative platform, as well as all tools related to internal social networks, communication portals, and other communication and collaborative tools.

Objectives and Deliverables

Project Phase / Evolutions (Build):

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Lead workshops to understand and challenge the needs of business departments and end-users.
• Functional Design: Translate these needs by writing functional specifications (or User Stories).
• Quality Strategy: Design and write test plans for various projects.
• Testing (QA): Perform functional tests, validate deliveries, and ensure anomaly tracking with the development team.

Operations Phase / Support (Run):

• Incident Management: Analyze, qualify, track, and correct reported incidents.
• Change Management: Support and train business departments and end-users on our tools.
