Back-End Developer

About the Role

We are seeking two skilled and results‑driven back‑end developers with proven experience in fintech or e‑commerce environments. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure server‑side applications. This role requires strong expertise in backend technologies, a solid project delivery track record, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Build high‑performance, secure, and reliable server‑side applications.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Integrate third‑party services, APIs, and payment systems where necessary.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in backend development within fintech or e‑commerce companies.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Java.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in production environments.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and backend performance optimization.
• Understanding of security best practices, especially in financial systems.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
