About the role

Role Overview

As a dynamic and experienced Program Manager, you will lead the back-office modernization program globally. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the transition to the target back-office system SAP S/4, known as the BOLD program. Leveraging your expertise in managing programs across multiple countries and products, you will play a crucial role in the geographical scope of Asia, North America, South Latam, Europe, and Africa. The program, initiated 5 years ago, is now gaining momentum with strong senior leadership support, and you will be instrumental in driving program efficiency improvement and scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete implementation of the BOLD program, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
