About This Role

We're looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, highly analytical person to join our development team in Mumbai. You will be a part of the Product Development Team responsible for building the Web Services layer of our SaaS Platform.

Required Competences – Must Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in SQL server development and database management.
• Excellent in SQL, Strong hands‑on experience in writing complex stored procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Promote a strong culture of stable, production‑ready code, with an emphasis on reliability and deployment confidence.
• Guide and mentor junior developers; assign tasks, review code, and uphold coding standards.
• Encourage the use of AI‑powered development tools to boost team productivity, code quality, and test coverage.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of .Net/C# will be added advantage
