Back-End Developer (.Contract: 32–40 hours Language: English (Dutch is a plus) Our goal is to become Europe’s one-stop shop for supplements: all brands, all goals, in one place. We take a tech-first approach. Most of our systems are built in-house, and our founding team has a strong technical background. This helps us stay lean and efficient while competing with much larger players. It’s something we actively challenge ourselves on every day. We’re a young and energetic team with an average age of 23. To support our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a back-end developer who enjoys building reliable, scalable systems that power real products used every day. You’ll work on real products used every day, together with a small and motivated team that values quality, ownership, and collaboration. Note: This role is only open to candidates who are currently based in the Netherlands and already have full authorization to work here. We’re unable to sponsor visas or offer relocation support. Maintain, improve, and extend our backend platform built on .Design and implement new backend features that support business needs and accelerate growth Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability using PostgreSQL and Google Cloud Platform Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver clean, well-documented APIs Help keep the codebase healthy through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD improvements Proven experience as a software engineer with strong .Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows and backend architecture Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) Experience with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design scalable, efficient solutions Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or SEO basics Exposure to front-end technologies or close collaboration with front-end teams 23 vacation days (full-time) • Work from home two days per week • Christmas package, birthday gift, team outings, and regular drinks • A young, dynamic team with short lines and real influence on product decisions
