Experience: 1+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js.

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side programming with Node.js and experience in building scalable IoT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain software that integrates various IoT devices and platforms.

• Develop robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js.

• Design and maintain APIs for communication between IoT devices and applications.

• Implement efficient data storage solutions for real-time and historical IoT data.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.

• Debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Implement security best practices for secure device-server communication.

• Maintain technical documentation for developed systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.

• Experience in API design and development.

• Knowledge of MQTT protocol.

• Familiarity with IoT platforms and communication protocols.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB.

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

(These are not mandatory but will be an added advantage)

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of monolithic architecture.
