Backend developer C Tester

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop our core application and its extensions
• Design modern Web APIs, including authentication and encryption
• Ensure unit tests and interface testing are performed
• Ensure high security standards of the Web applications
• Provide good quality documentation using appropriate tools (e.g., Swagger)
• Give support in the implementation of interfaces for other teams
• Close cooperation with external suppliers and other relevant SIG departments
• Ideally support and extend our externally developed web interface

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in C# and Web Development
• Experience in agile software development with Scrum
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Understands how to create intuitive User Frontends (UI) and how to improve User Experience (UX)
• Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus
• Has an analytic mindset and is able to transfer concepts into code
• Good communication skills and can work as part of a team
• Ideally, more than 2 years of backend experience in NodeJS
• Ideally, experience in using npm for web applications and Git for code versioning
• Experience in the implementation of web applications and a deep understanding in modern IT architecture
