Backend Developer Intern (Node.js + NestJS)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with experience in Node.js and NestJS to work on our HRMS and CRM projects. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable APIs, managing databases, and ensuring high performance of backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS

• Design and build RESTful APIs for HRMS and CRM systems

• Work with databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

• Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, Role-based access)

• Optimize application for performance and scalability

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members

• Ensure code quality, testing, and proper documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Node.js and NestJS framework

• Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of database design and ORM (Prisma / Sequelize / TypeORM)

• Familiarity with Git and version control

• Understanding of authentication, security, and best practices

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on HRMS / CRM systems

• Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD pipelines

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS)
