Backend Developer - Java/Golang

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Golang or Java (minimum hands-on experience required). - Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and performance. - Build scalable REST APIs and robust backend components. - Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features. - Participate in code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot production issues. - Support deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. - Contribute to improving system scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, replication, performance tuning). - Working knowledge of Golang or Java for backend development. - Solid understanding of REST API development, microservice architecture, and backend design principles. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps workflows. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities. - Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good to Have: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of caching, messaging queues, or distributed systems.
