Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre zur best-in-class Softwarelösung für unsere Zielgruppen entwickelt; allein im letzten Jahr haben wir ein Wachstum von über 70% verzeichnet.

Jetzt bereiten wir den nächsten Schritt vor: Wir richten uns zunehmend international aus und planen den Eintritt in weitere europäische Märkte. Um unseren Wachstumskurs fortzuführen, vergrößern wir unser Team und suchen kreative Teamplayer, die Teil unserer Mission werden wollen.

What awaits you with us:

• You will not only have the opportunity to implement ideas from the product team, but you will also be actively involved in the design and further development of our products. Your opinion counts and we encourage you to initiate your own projects!
• You will perform backend programming for our systems as well as their maintenance and expansion.
• You will design business and energy management reports for our customers, e.g. CO2 footprint per visitor, using tools like Jasper Studio.
• App development (Android/iOS) with Java.
• Database design and optimization with MySQL.
• You will consult with customers.

What you bring with you:

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• You have sound knowledge in at least one programming language (preferably one of the above).
• You can confidently apply at least one framework like Laravel.
• You have experience with MySQL or another relational / object-oriented database system.
• You are enthusiastic about the programming languages and frameworks mentioned above.
• You are familiar with the basic principles of business administration.
• Responsible, dedicated personality with a quick grasp, strong teamwork skills, and pronounced communication skills.

How do you become part of the team?

Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of:

• A brief initial get-to-know-you with the Talent Acquisition Team.
• An initial content-focused interview including a case study with the relevant department.
• A final interview with the Managing Director.
