Backend Developer (Remote)

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure of the Castglo platform. You will be responsible for developing scalable systems that power our AI-driven and blockchain-enabled platform. • *Key Responsibilities** • Design and develop robust backend systems and APIs • Build scalable microservices architecture • Manage and optimize databases and server performance • Implement authentication, security, and data protection • Integrate third-party services (payments, messaging, video) • Support AI/ML integration and data pipelines • Work closely with frontend and DevOps teams • Ensure high availability and system reliability • *Skills & Qualifications** • Proven experience as a Backend Developer (3+ years preferred) • Strong expertise in: • Node.js / Python (Django, FastAPI) • Experience with API development (REST/GraphQL) • Solid understanding of database design (SQL & NoSQL) • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (advantage) • Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 (nice to have) • Strong understanding of security best practices • *What We Offer** • Competitive salary • Work on a disruptive global platform • Fully remote, flexible work environment • Opportunity to shape core backend architecture • Exposure to AI, blockchain, and scalable systems • Fast-paced startup with strong growth potential • *Work Schedule & Tools** • **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT) • **Work Style:** Fully remote • **Tools:** Jira, Zoho, Slack, GitHub, Postman

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
