Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Backend Engineer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications and APIs that power our digital platforms. You should be passionate about building scalable systems, writing clean code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities: . Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. . Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver functional and user-focused solutions. . Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. . Integrate third-party services and APIs where necessary. . Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. . Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. . Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. . Ensure security and data protection best practices are implemented.

Requirements: . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. . 3–4 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role. . Strong experience with backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies. . Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. . Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). . Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). . Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage. . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. . Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills: . Experience with Spring Boot, Express.js, or Django. . Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. . Understanding of system architecture and performance optimization.
