Overview

You will start in a technically oriented team that works on the further development of digital applications for industrial and service-oriented processes. You will benefit from short learning curves, close support within the team, and concrete development prospects for your software career. Our stack combines backend and database technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, and SQL-based systems with web API development (REST/HTTP) as well as complementary technologies such as Java or Go. You can gain practical experience here in testing, deployment, and interface integration and expand your knowledge in modern development workflows.

Your Tasks

• Develop robust backend components and services using modern frameworks and database systems
• Work closely with frontend colleagues, design, and product managers in agile projects
• Create requirement analyses and technical concepts for new features and integrations
• Implement and maintain database connections and API interfaces according to common standards
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization solutions in the application context
• Write unit and integration tests and support continuous integration processes
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team

Your Profile

• At least initial practical experience in backend development, ideally with Python
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with interface concepts like REST/HTTP and version control via Git
• Work independently, reliably, and on schedule on agreed tasks
• Communicate openly within the team and enjoy collaborative work
• Good English or German language skills for technical communication
