Your Tasks

• You develop and operate scalable search solutions as well as robust indexing and data pipelines
• You design complex search schemas and query strategies for millions of products
• Together with your team, you work on the further development of a modular search architecture
• You continuously optimize search relevance based on monitoring and measurable results

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science or a completed apprenticeship with an IT focus
• Strong backend engineering skills in developing high-performance services and APIs with Python, C#, and Java
• Practical experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch in building and operating large search solutions
• Know-how in distributed systems, cloud environments (preferably AWS), and tuning search systems
