Backend Engineer in Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer / Platform Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and robust software platforms. In this role, you will be involved across the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and system design to development, documentation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed technical solutions. • Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions following the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Prepare and deploy solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and programming approaches. • Document solutions using technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and architecture layouts. • Perform system analysis and recommend improvements to processes, policies, and procedures. • Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to understand system flows, data usage, and business requirements. • Identify problem areas, investigate root causes, and implement effective technical solutions. • Participate in code reviews and uphold high standards of software quality. • Stay updated with modern development tools, programming techniques, and best practices. • Participate in learning initiatives, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Ensure data security and confidentiality across systems. • Support engineering and organizational goals through related initiatives.
