Backend Engineer (Trading Systems)

We’re looking for a

• *Backend Engineer**

to design and scale

• *low-latency, high-throughput trading infrastructure**

that sits directly in the execution path. This is a high-impact role where • *performance, correctness, and reliability are critical**

. You’ll work closely with the

• *CEO, COO, and founding engineers**

to build the core systems powering real trading volume. What You’ll Do

• Design and build backend systems for • *order routing, execution, pricing, and reconciliation** • **Optimize services for latency, throughput, and fault tolerance** • **Make architecture decisions**

with direct production impact

• Operate infrastructure handling • *real capital, real volume, real risk**

Tech Stack

Node.js • Python • MongoDB • AWS (serverless) What We’re Looking For

• **8+ years backend engineering experience** • **Experience building trading, exchange, or financial infrastructure** • **Strong intuition for systems performance and scalability** • **Comfortable working in high-ownership, fast-moving environments** • **Based in Asia** • *Web3 experience is a plus but not required.*
