In this role, you will be an essential part of an agile software development team dedicated to building evidence-based oncology pathways—structured treatment recommendations that leverage the latest clinical evidence and expert consensus.

As a pivotal team player, you will help integrate these pathways into clinical workflows, particularly within electronic health records (EHRs), enabling oncologists to access vital guidance at the point of care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in Java API development.
  • Quick adaptability to new languages and technologies.
  • Excellent collaboration with internal and external tech resources.
  • Capability to craft and review detailed specifications for moderately complex components.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java API and React.
  • Building and optimizing RESTful APIs and backend services with Microsoft SQL Server and IIS.
  • Contributing to full-stack development to ensure high performance and reliability across applications.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to established standards.
  • Translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborating effectively with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

The U.S. National Base Pay Range for this position is $78,800 - $131,300, with geographic differentials in certain locations to reflect local market rates. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
