Your Role

• You will develop efficient backend solutions in Python (3.x) and accompany them from the idea to productive use.
• You will conceive and implement high-performance REST interfaces – cleanly structured, robust, and reliable.
• You will ensure optimal data processing and storage with SQLite, optionally MySQL or NoSQL.
• You will translate complex requirements into well-thought-out, scalable system architectures according to modern development standards.
• You will analyze existing applications and improve their performance and stability.
• You will establish quality through automated tests and support the continuous integration and deployment process.
• You will actively participate in tests, validations, and quality assurance measures.
• You will document your work comprehensibly and according to regulations in the regulated medical technology environment.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Medical Technology, or comparable experience.
• You have several years of practical experience in Python development and a secure backend environment.
• You have experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or SQLAlchemy and use them purposefully.
• You are familiar with database systems and know how to structure and process data efficiently.
• You understand software architectures and design principles and apply them in your daily work.
• You develop scalable APIs that remain performant and maintainable in the long term.
• You have initial exposure to container technologies and CI/CD processes.
• You work routinely with Git and modern development workflows.
• You communicate securely in German in a professional context.

What We Offer

• Attractive remuneration of €70,000 – €80,000 p.a.
