About

We are seeking an experienced BAE Systems NetReveal System SME with strong expertise in implementing, supporting, and enhancing NetReveal solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Financial Crime Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep technical and functional knowledge of the NetReveal platform, data integration, and transaction monitoring systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support BAE Systems NetReveal applications and modules.
• Implement and customize AML, Fraud Detection, Transaction Monitoring, and Case Management solutions.
• Configure NetReveal scenarios, alerts, workflows, and business rules.
• Perform system integration with upstream/downstream banking applications and data sources.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Support ETL/data ingestion processes for transaction monitoring systems.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues across environments.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, deployments, and release management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct system performance tuning and ensure platform stability.
• Prepare technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge transfer documents.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with BAE Systems NetReveal platform.
• Expertise in:

• Strong SQL/database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data processing.
• Familiarity with Java/Python scripting is a plus.
• Understanding of banking and financial crime compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant NetReveal experience.
