Banking Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
• Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements
• Create clear documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze data to support business decisions and performance tracking
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure success

Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Ability to work across business, product, technology, and vendor teams
• Experience translating business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and delivery-ready documentation
• Prior Salesforce digital experience, financial services experience, and strong collaboration skills will be preferred

Compensation

• $90,000 - $110,000 *Depending on Experience
• Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
