Time Tracking Project Manager/BA

About

Our client, a leader in the HCM space is in need of a Time Tracking Project Manager/BA for a 1-2 year contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Role Details

This individual will be working a hybrid schedule w/ 50% of the work onsite out of the Reston VA office.

Responsibilities

• Managing all timekeeping, employee tracking efforts, and compliance around our client’s project
• Provide 90 day forecasting for leadership
• Onboard and offboard employees and contractors into the Action, Governance and Risk program

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of project management or business analyst experience focused around timekeeping and forecasting
• Experience working with contractors and employees supporting large scale enterprise programs
• Ability to hold employees accountable and ensure compliance with timekeeping best practices
• Experience providing and generating basic reporting on forecasts and actuals
• Understanding of quality control and ability to present validate milestones against the IMS

Compensation

The expected hourly rate range for this role is: $65-94 per hour. The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
