Gesucht wird eine fachlich versierte Person, die vielseitige Bauprojekte eigenständig koordiniert, strukturiert vorantreibt und als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Bauagenden der Gemeinde agiert. Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie ein breites und eigenverantwortliches Tätigkeitsgebiet:

Your Tasks

• Coordination of all construction and infrastructure topics of the municipality (building construction and civil engineering, ongoing projects)
• Coordination and cooperation with the building yard, water, forestry, and external service providers
• Participation in spatial planning and local development
• Preparation of documents and decision-making bases for political bodies
• Contact person for citizens and competent advice on construction technical matters

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in construction (e.g., HTL, FH, etc.) with several years of practical experience
• Experience in the execution and coordination of construction projects
• Organizational skills and the ability to drive topics forward independently
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills in dealing with citizens, municipal politics, external partners, etc.
• Reliability, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
