Infracom Solutions GmbH is part of the Infracom360 Group, based in Maria Enzersdorf, south of Vienna, specializing in the planning and realization of office and commercial spaces.

For this team, we are looking for a Project/Construction Manager who meets the following requirements and/or is not afraid to expand upon them.

MUST-HAVES

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience (all planning activities from design to detailed planning, project management, and organization of construction projects)
• Completed technical construction education (University of Applied Sciences, University, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with problem-solving competence
• Resilience, flexibility, and above-average commitment to the tasks to be undertaken
• Willingness to travel for construction site assignments throughout Austria
• Very good AutoCAD and Office skills
• Driver's license class B
• Excellent German language skills
• Good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Independent management of construction projects of all types up to turnkey handover, including customer contact and customer support
• Project/Construction management and site coordination of all planning activities from design to detailed planning
• Creation of tenders and cost estimations
• Awarding, monitoring, cost determination
• Billing/post-calculation of subcontractor services
• Creation of construction schedules, etc.
